After a three way pitch the guys at London Continental Railways asked us to come up with a brand strategy for their RTC business park in Derby.
To coincide with a 6 million pound investment and modernisation program, the brief asked us to deliver an identity that was sympathetic to the heritage of the site, but also felt contemporary enough to attract modern engineering focused business’s.
Our solution was an identity system that reflected the way the site connects with the railway line, using a colour palette directly influenced by the colours of UK’s railway lines through the last 50 years.
The branding was introduced into the site itself by the way of the new signage system. This alone helped shift the perception that RTC was slightly neglected to it looking like a modern and inspiring place for engineering firms to thrive.
