Snozone, a leading chain of indoor real snow slopes, commissioned us to refresh their brand and design and build a new fully automated, e-commerce website.
Our brief was to move away from the traditional styling of their competitors and position Snozone as the place to go to learn how to ski or board in the UK.
We developed a brand that reflected the physical space at the venue and avoided colours synonymous with winter sports such as blues and greys and opted for fresh, contemporary greens. The styling was rolled out through multiple channels, including: the venue signage, livery, DM, press and new website.
The previous Snozone website was complicated, with no clear user journey. We were tasked to redesign the site, to simplify the journey and encourage online bookings.
The Snozone website now has a clearly defined structure which enables the user to easily navigate around the site, find information and more importantly book with ease.
