Staff Resilience hub toolkits

NHS England and NHS Improvement, in collaboration with Occupational Health providers, joined forces to fund a series of mental health and wellbeing hubs, aimed at supporting the wellbeing of their health and social care professionals.

Our initial research found that while each trust shared common goals and challenges, they varied in their resources and capabilities. Through conversations with individual hubs and NHS leadership, we were able to align their messaging and create a consistent visual style, that we rolled out over a collection of assets, including an animation, informative leaflets, and a comprehensive toolkit.

These resources not only provide support to existing hubs but also offer guidance to new ones, empowering them to effectively connect with their audience and offer essential assistance.
