IG Campaign

We’re not going to lie, data protection can be pretty dull and for the uninitiated a little daunting. So when new legistalion came into force in the UK, NHS England asked us to help engage employees and clearly explain what Information Governance is, how it affects everyone, the consequences of non-compliance and most importantly – what’s required from employees  

We knew that IG would become an added stress for already busy NHS employees, so our goal was to ease their worries and present all the key information in a visually engaging and light-hearted way.  

We kicked off the campaign with an upbeat animation, using simplified messaging and breaking down key concepts into easy-to-understand chunks. This approach helped us connect with our audience without overwhelming them. Our bold and distinctive style quickly became a hallmark of Information Governance within the NHS. We kept the momentum going with a variety of materials like posters, email designs, fun email sign-offs, leaflets, social media assets, reports, stickers, and even stress balls.
