Thrive aimed to establish a stronger presence in the professional landlord sphere moving away from the community-centric approach typically associated with housing associations. Unfortunately this alienated a large section of it’s audience, so a they got in contact with us to see if we could help.
It was clear they needed a more balanced approach to their communications and a visual strategy that mirrored their aspirations. We simplified their brand architecture, creating a bold master brand and individual sub-brands that were tailored to their very distinct audiences. This was rolled out across all points of contact, including brochures, letters to tenants, website, hordings and fleet livery.
Feedback suggests our brand refresh resonated warmly with staff and both existing and potential tenants alike.
